Haven Introduces Haventrak® Flying Cutoff at Tube Dusseldorf

The Haventrak® Flying Shear cutoff for tube mill cutting combines the industry wide recognized Haven Dual-Blade shear tube cutoff head and the Universal U-Trak servo length control system.This combination delivers accurate, high quality, dimple free cuts on the fly.Mill installations with speeds up to 250fpm are best suited for this new product.Haven will feature video presentations of their entire tube cutting, end finishing, and brush deburring product line, including:Haventrak® Flying Shear Cutoff for tube mill cutting, Dual-Blade Shear Tube Cutoff, Kleencut® Supported Shear Tube Cutoff, Double End Finishing, Wire Brush De-burring, Measuring/ Inspection, and Packaging/Stacking equipment.Haven offers a full line of integrated tube and bar processing solutions. Haven to exhibit at Tube Dusseldorf 2010 and Forge Fair 2010


Tube Dusseldorf, April 12-16, 2010, is the premier tube and pipe exhibition in Europe. Haven Manufacturing Corporation will be exhibiting in Hall 4, Booth 5B31. Haven will be displaying video presentations of their entire tube cutting, endfinishing and brush deburring product line, including: Dual-Blade Shear Tube Cutoff, Kleencut® Supported Shear Tube Cutoff, Haventrak® Flying Shear Cutoff for tube mill cutting, Double End Finishing, Wire Brush De-burring, Measuring/Inspection, and Packaging/Stacking equipment. Haven offers a full line of integrated tube and bar processing solutions.

Forge Fair 2010 will be the first time Haven will exhibit for the cold saw solid bar cutting market. Through our association with SOCO Machinery, Haven now offers a full line of automatic tube and solid bar saw cutting machines. The Forge Fair, to be held at the Duke Energy Center in Cincinnati, Ohio from April 20-22, features vendors and attendees from the forging equipment, materials, supplies and services industries. Haven will be displaying a SOCO Model SA-105NC High Speed Tube and Solid Bar Sawing machine. The new SOCO solid bar cutting line incorporates the newest technology with unparalleled functions. This revolutionary innovation provides the shortest crop length available in the global market. It has a capacity of up to 110mm for tube sawing and 105mm for cold saw solid bar cutting. A traditional sliding magazine loading system or the global patented Bundle Loading System (MBL6) can be integrated.

Haven Manufacturing Exhibits at the FabTech Chicago Show

Haven Manufacturing Corporation will once again exhibit at the AWS FabTech Chicago Show.Booth #2060 will be located in the Tube & Pipe section in the McCormick Place South Exhibition Hall.Two new products will be on display and demonstrated.The Haventrak® Flying Shear cutoff, designed and built in cooperation with Universal Controls Group, combines the industry wide recognized Haven Dual-Blade shear cutoff head and the Universal U-Trak servo length control system.This combination delivers accurate, high quality, dimple free cuts on the fly.Mill installations with speeds up to 250fpm are best suited for this new product.

The second product featured will be a SOCO Machinery Model SA-78 automated high tensile tube sawing machine.The collaboration between Haven and SOCO enables Haven to enter into the heavy wall and solid bar markets.The SOCO Model SA-78 is a fully automated production line best suited for the tubing market.Secondary operations, such as wire brush de-burring, double end chamfering, length measuring and tube stacking can be integrated to the saw.Both HSS and TCT carbide saw blades can be used on this machine.

Haven, SOCO Form Strategic Alliance

Haven Mfg. Corp., Brunswick, Ga., has formed a strategic alliance with SOCO Machinery Co., Ltd. of Taiwan to sell and service respective lines of tube cutting equipment.  Company President Dave Erickson said the partnership provides Haven an outstanding opportunity to grow within the Asian markets, while SOCO’s growth in the U.S. market is enhanced through Haven’s broad market knowledge and reputation.
