Haven’s KleenCut™ products are designed to deliver near burr-free cuts that usually require no secondary finishing operations.Because the cut is affected by shearing across the cut plane, there is no material loss between the cut pieces. This technology is best suited for drawn-over-mandrel (D.O.M.) or equivalent dimensional tolerance tube, but has also been used in a variety of as-welded applications.There are two styles of supported shear cutoffs – 600 Series and 700 Series. The 600 Series machine is designed to cut heavier wall and shorter length tubing. It is also versatile enough to accept raw tube from either straight stick or coil.The 700 Series machine is designed for straight stick only and can cut longer lengths than the 600 Series. Both cutoffs can be integrated with a magazine style loader or a fully automatic bundle un-scrambler.
